LISH has created a new less expensive bundled medical program for Independent Contractors, part time employees not qulified under the Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Act, and dependents of employees. This became a priority issue when HMSA advised LISH that they would no longer allow Independent Contractors to participate in the LISH-HMSA Programs.

This Website is intended to make hundreds of bulletins and information on laws and business requirements on a 24/7 bases at no additional cost to you. Because of the time and research involved, you must have an access code to access the information. It is only available to LISH members.
LISH will also research laws related to business for member firm what you need is not on our website.
LISH is registered to lobby in Hawaii and at the county levels of government. LISH has been involved in the final outcome of hundreds of laws and rules during the past 39 years. LISH is a private professional information and lobbying firm that has no affiliation with government.
LISH publishes The LISH Report as a means of providing information to member firms advising them about new and amended laws in a language that is understandable to the average small business. LISH does not provide legal advice, but rather information on laws and government rules. |
